Terms of Use
Please read these terms before downloading or using content from this site. By using this site you agree to them.
1. About This Site
This website ("Site") is operated by an independent producer resource that publishes free FL Studio drum kits, MIDI patterns, FPC-ready kits and FLP project templates for Windows users. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean the site operator. References to "you" or "your" mean any person who accesses or uses the Site.
This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Image-Line Software. FL Studio is a registered trademark of Image-Line. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing or downloading content from this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us under the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Licence to Use Downloaded Content
3.1 What You May Do
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use drum kit samples, MIDI patterns and project files downloaded from this Site for the following purposes:
- Creating original musical works for personal, non-commercial or commercial release
- Incorporating samples into finished musical recordings, videos, podcasts, games or other multimedia productions
- Using MIDI patterns and FLP templates as starting points for original compositions in FL Studio
3.2 What You May Not Do
The licence above does not permit you to:
- Redistribute, resell or sublicense the raw sample files or MIDI patterns as a standalone product — whether free or paid
- Bundle or repackage the raw files into another sample library for distribution
- Claim authorship or ownership of the original sample content
- Use the content in productions that are unlawful, defamatory, offensive or harmful
- Remove or alter any copyright notice embedded in the files
Finished musical productions (songs, beats, tracks) that contain these samples as an integrated element are not restricted by 3.2 above. You retain full ownership of your original compositions.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content on this Site — including text, graphics, page layouts, code and the selection and arrangement of sample content — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute Site content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted under Section 3 above.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and all downloadable content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Downloads will be free from viruses or other harmful components
- The content will be compatible with any specific version of FL Studio or any other software
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this Site or downloaded content, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Our total aggregate liability to you arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you in connection with the Site in the 12 months before the claim (which in most cases will be zero).
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
7. Third-Party Links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices or terms of those third-party sites. Links do not constitute our endorsement of those sites. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to settle any dispute or claim.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
